The small house contains a bedroom in the first floor, in opened mezzanine, with a big bed of 140. In the ground-floor, in the living room party, you can have a sofa-bed for two persons whose back unfold is a supplementary bed that is on the whole three beds of 90 and 5 sleepings around in everything for the small house.
The small house has a bathroom with washbasin, wc and hip bath.
The main house contains 3 bedrooms: A big bedroom with 2 beds of 90 and 1 bed of 140,a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 and a bedroom with 1 bed of 140.The bedroom of the studio contain a bed of 160 and in the living-room of the studio which is completely independent there are sofa-bed for two persons . Let be a total of 12 sleepings around in the main house
La grande maison dispose d'une grande The big house has a big bath-room in ground-floor with two bowls, a big bathtub and a shower cubicle. .
The studio has a kitchenette and an independent entrance.
So the capacity of hébergemnt total is 17 sleepings around to which one can add 2 sleepings around of supplement on a sofa-bed in the corridor of the main house..
Except the holidays summer, we can propose a part of the residences separately (the Small House or the main house).But we rent only a single residence at the same moment so that our hosts are alone on the property.

The Comfort: To take advantage at most of the magnificent environment of Mill Rostic and its region, and so that your stay is really carefree, we took care of what the property is perfectly equipped:
You will have so a fully fitted ckitchen and outing to the slightest details: embeded deep fryer, extractor fan, traditional oven, licro oven wave, electric patches and gas, washes vaiselle, refrigerator, roasts bread coffee maker, robot of kitchen ect... .
Also in the house and all its dependences, you will have a very complete equipment: telephone / fax, 3 television set among which the one is provided with a dish aerial, a video recorder, chaine complete Hifi ect...
In the main house, you can take advantage of a big fireplace or it will be even possible to you to make(do) grills. A stock of dry wood is at your disposal for that purpose. .
The small house and the studio arrange each of a kitchen area who allows an independent occupation.
The lingerie is equipped with a washer, with a tumble-dryer, with an iron and with an ironing board.
